Spylocked.com?

i have this virus thats changed my hompage and i cant get it back, ive tried downloadind avg and spyware and antivirus free tools which have found the problems of which there are 516 of them but they wont let me remove them for free, i have to register and buy from them, does anyone have any suggestions or other free downloads they could tell me about thx for any help recieved...
