hi,

whenever i log into ebay i get the message - ''If you are seeing this page, your browser settings prevent you from automatically redirecting to a new URL.

Please click here to continue.''

and then when i try to sell something i click browse for catagories but then i am unable to click a sub cagtagorie, the sub catagories are grey and unable to click.

this only started to happen when i installed AVG antivirus (Free) and zonealarm and ive checked if it happens on my laptop which has mcafee installed but that works fine on my laptop.

so does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it. thanks in advance

go into your internet/firwall settings and change them to allow limited cookies. If that hasent worked have you made it where you cannot access certain web pages? If you hae you might want to change that as well

Uninstall the antivirus then reinstall it again ,if it doesnot work then it may be a problem with the host setting of your pc.
