Kernel32.dll error....is that wrong?????????

i hav a avg antivirus (free) and whenever i scan my comp it says kernel32.dll,syntem32.dll and a 3 more errors ...i dont remember are appearing on the screen.is there something wrong with my compter??? i am sure it is not a virus .and after scanning it says result-change and does not give an option for healing or deleting it.can any one tel me how can i fix this problem??
