You are infected but not by a virus in the traditional sense.

networm-i.virus@fp is a PuP

PUP means Potentially Unwanted Program

the reason it's called this is that the program doesn't do anything malicious such as destroying files..

So in your case, the program's sole purpose is to open a pop-up advertisement on your computer. (which is not malicious like a file eater but it is annoying and it is ''potentialy unwanted'')
